1. What services does Pillarcraft offer?

2. What is Usawa?

Usawa is our proprietary cloud accounting software developed specifically for Nigerian entrepreneurs, NGOs, and small businesses. It handles invoicing, expense tracking, payroll, bank reconciliation, and tax reports — all in one easy-to-use interface.

3. Do I need in-house accounting staff to work with you?

No. Pillarcraft serves as your virtual finance department. You don’t need in-house staff unless you choose to grow your internal team. We can manage your books, taxes, and reporting 100% remotely.

4. Can I use my current software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks)?

While we specialize in cloud solutions like Xero, Zoho, and Usawa, we can advise on migrating from legacy systems like Sage or QuickBooks Online. If your current software is still relevant, we’ll help you maximize it — or recommend smarter alternatives.

5. How is Pillarcraft different from other accounting firms?
